How we are funded

Where relevant, this can be a subscription to be listed, a fixed introduction fee, or another agreed arrangement. Where this is the case in future, we will disclose it clearly on the relevant expert profile or introduction confirmation.

What payment does not buy

• Editorial conclusions on guides or comparisons.
• Placement or ranking in expert search results based on fees alone.
• Any change to the verification standard we apply to professionals.
• Suppression of published corrections or updates.

Editorial independence

Editorial content — guides, comparisons, country hubs, tools — is produced by our editorial team and, where indicated, reviewed by named specialists. Specialists may contribute factual review; this does not allow them to purchase editorial conclusions. Specialist review should only be claimed where a named person has actually reviewed the material.

Consent-based introductions

We only share your details with a professional when you have explicitly consented at the point of enquiry. You are always free to decline to proceed after an introduction, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.

Corrections and complaints

If you believe an editorial claim is inaccurate, or that a commercial interest has been undisclosed, please contact us via the contact page. We treat corrections seriously and aim to respond promptly.

Limited network and conflicts of interest

Our network is developing and does not represent the whole market. We may have a commercial interest in an introduction proceeding.
