• Plan data — the countries, priorities, saved guides and tool inputs you add to your plan.
• Enquiry data — the information you submit through introduction and matching forms.
• Technical data — hosting and authentication services may process request and security logs needed to operate and protect the website. Production analytics and marketing tracking are disabled at launch.

• To provide the service you have asked for.
• To review and, with your consent, forward enquiries to professionals we consider relevant.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, requests you have made, and, where you have opted in, editorial updates.

Legal bases

We rely on consent for professional introductions and any marketing communications, contract for account and plan features, and legitimate interests for security, service improvement and fraud prevention.

Sharing

Enquiry data is only shared with a professional if you have explicitly consented at the point of submission. Technical service providers may process information needed to operate the website. Account and plan data are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Retention of enquiry and consent records depends on whether your request remains active, the need to evidence consent, and applicable legal obligations or disputes. Records should not be retained simply for possible future marketing. Specific retention schedules and deletion processes remain subject to operational and legal confirmation.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawing marketing consent does not require closing your account.
